seat belt bolts

I have made a pair of brackets to mount some speakers in the back of the bongo. I want to use the seat belt fixing points to attach the brackets. Does anyone know what thread these are. I have tried M10, but although close, thay are sumething else. 7/16ths ?

Altrenatively, does anyone know where I could get hold of a couple of suitable bolts?
