door mirror
anyone know if there is a blind spot mirror version, I don't mean stick on devices but a proper full mirror with the end sectioned off as the blind spot device.

Re: door mirror
If there is i've never seen one... I'm working on adapting a convex mirror to fit to the nearside wind deflector to act as a kerbside mirror truck stylee!
(i dont want to kerb my alloys)

Re: door mirror
Back in 86? When i had my MK1 Escort estate.. (From memory..!) I had these black plastic mirrors that clipped to the door edge half way up the quarter light?? (I think with allen key grub bolts?) It had a ball joint to the bracket half way down the mirror, & the glass face & mirror housing was approx (convex) the size of a pack of fags...bigdaddycain wrote:If there is i've never seen one... .... It was actually better than the crappy chrome door mirrors i had at the time, that never seemed to adjust right!
I don't even remember an OEM mirror fitted to the passenger side?!!!!
Cheaper by comparison to a race horse...

Re: door mirror
Early attempts at fitting my kerbside mirror was a major FAIL! I now have two holes in the wind deflecor, and no mirror fitted!
It's the big bash next week so it WILL be fitted before then (or the holes in the wind deflector plugged at least!)
