track rod end

Got a question for someone. I have been looking around my van today for the dreaded mot in a couple of weeks, when checking all the front bushes i noticed my track rod ends have perished rubbers but no play in the joint would that be a fail :?: :?: i gotta do me drop links again just wanna know before i put my order in

if there's no play, then it should be ok, the rubber will be mentioned in the advisory
