I dont believe there is a 'service due' indicator light fitted to the Bongo which would require resetting. Sound like a warning to indicate a fault. What does the symbol look like?

Thanks for the reply , its the orange engine symbol with the word check under neath , I checked another websites which said the indicator could come on at regular service intervals or when the cam belt needs replacing , as its just had a service I thought it ight just need a re set .

I think if its just come on as a result of a service you should raise it with whoever did the work as they may have accidentally disconnected something or not fitted something back correctly.
