2004 2ltr Petrol parts for servicing

I need some advice regarding parts for full service for a 2004 2lt petrol bongo . Can anyone advise of the type and make of the following parts.
Engine Oil , Oil Filter , Air Filter , Fuel Filter , Pollen Filter , Spark Plugs.

I've never heard of a pollen filter being fitted to a Bongo, but a fuel filter is well worth changing.
