Saturday Night Entertainment at Looe

Post by Ian » Fri Aug 22, 2014 10:34 am

Your DJ for the Bongo Fest will be local Bongonaut John Lewis. He has asked if you have any specific requests. I'll start.

I would like to nominates Steps' version of Tragedy. So we can all watch Jill Cockings applying those crazy dance moves when she's had too many sherberts.

Haha no way, my mate Steve 'Jesus' Parker was their producer!! Now a music lecturer at South Manchester College. He has a platinum disc for that (which he used to keep down the side of his sofa)!

Bumping this!

Give us a clue, have we got ravers, disco dancers, shufflers, line dancers or waltzers coming?

Any requests??

Have to agree with Simon on this one. 80's and 90's it has to be!
I can, I do, I did.

Haha I only added line dancing to spark debate, I wouldn't dare! Got plenty of 80s and 90s - and someone suggested some old man rock such as AC/DC - done! The missus is a huge Led Zep fan too, so I think we are gonna have some fun here! Bit of funky stuff too and some obligatory drunken anthems me thinks :)

Cannae wait!! See you guys there, I'll keep them peeled on this thread until around 3pm tomorrow \:D/

Sounds like there'll be a few dancing up a storm !!

Wish I was there ...would be requesting some funky house as well as some good old classics that never fail to get yer feet moving. Have a great time all. 8)
