Re-call notices.

Post by skater » Tue Apr 21, 2015 6:30 pm

Has anyone had any re-call issues resolved here, in UK?
It would appear my 2002 Bongo was/is subject to a gearbox re-call which wasn't addressed by previous owner in Japan.
My first action has been to e-mail Mazda UK ( about 1 hour ago ) but to be honest I'm not expecting much, even though this is a serious ( gearbox ) problem.

It would be worth a try,a recall does not expire they are only issued in the event of a safety concern in the UK.

But owing to the fact that your vehicle is a grey import might alter the fact. Again its worth a try.

PS remember and give the Vehicle Manufacturer the VIN.
