AFT Folding Roof - Lubrication

Just after some advice, are there parts of the AFT lifting mechanism that should be kept well greased or oiled? Mine goes up and down okay, but is a bit noisy in the second phase of coming down.

The gas struts just need cleaning and polishing of the chrome parts as they have seals that keep the internal lubrication inside.
The bearings of the little white wheels on the upper and lower runner arms need lubrication grease or spray oil inside the wheels themselves.
