Bongo on ebay N464 ENE

A friend of mine is interested in this Bongo, (actually a Freda)

Just wondered if anyone knows the vehicle or even owned it before ?

Seems ok from the description. Head replaced - but nothing too unusual there, and also changed colour at some point. Lacking in service history though, hence my query with fellow Bongonoughts.
