Middle seats turning to face the rear

Hi all

I want to turn the middle seats around to face the rear but have the short rail set up, how do i remove the runners to turn them around so the seat mechanism will still work ? (yes I removed and replaced the seat to find the mechanism doesn't work .
Do I need to remove them from the floor or is there an easier way???

There is a very good Fact Sheet on this in the Members' Area.

The job is quite simple, but you will have a gap between the front and middle seats when they're folded down.

This won't be an issue if you're using it as a day van, but will need to be addressed if you plan to sleep in it.
