What Battery?

I have a 1997 Ford Freda 2.5 AWD diesel and have always been led to believe that this is the same as a Mazda Bongo. However when searching for a new battery, the recomendation is a 70 amp battery which is not enough amperage. It needs to be 95 amp. So I choose the 95 amp designed for the Bongo but it states the battery will not fit the Ford Freda?? I dont have an old battery for comparison. Advice gratefully received

Plenty will fit the trays a Bosch S4 335 or 028 and several others will fit and work for any engine type.
