If you have the long floor rails you could lock tie rings down into the channeling.
That is how we secure our conversion unit -tubular nuts on the ends of bolts.
Difficult to describe, impossible to photograph and I haven't a clue as to where I sourced them! They might be the barrel bolts used in TV stands.
