Re: Air Con Econ

I have been trying the air con over the weekend. When in "econ" mode the air cools then after a time I noticed it had begun to get warmer, as soon as I noticed this it started cooling again. So I assume when in "econ" mode the compressor is switched off for a time to save fuel. I...

Air Con Econ

Hi I have the auto air con, does anyone know what the difference is between air con, and air con econ? I've had the bongo about a year now but only just started using the air con since it warmed up. The 2 settings seem to work the same, so why would anyone not want econ? :?:

Thanks

Re: Electrics

I had a problem with both batteries going flat, down to a sticking relay, I think. But I have been unable to trace it. The heater stays on after the key is removed. I now check this every time I switch off. To help trace the fault try fitting on e of these http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Battery-Disconnect-Sw...

Re: TV aerials...has anybody tried one of these?

I bought a standard house roof aerial with pole ,and a fixing to clamp it to the trailer or bull bar, no power required. It works fine with a freeview dongle for the laptop. Only problem is it takes up a bit of space, although not too bad when split.

Re: Japanese alloy wheel valve size

Just has new tyres fitted, when the old tyres were taken off I found the valves I had bought on ebay were too small :( BUT the wheels would take a standard rubber valve :D :D :D . If anyone is not sure which valve will fit, I advise having the tyre removed to have a look before buying new valves. If...

Re: in van entertainment

We have a digital dongle for the laptop, and fix an aerial to the bull bar. This gives us freeview tv and a DVD player. This is not a pimp, as we take it out when not in use. But it is a very cheap way to get tv and DVD player.

Hi everyone, I have seen this topic on here before but I can not see if anyone has solved the problem, I can find 10mm valves on eBay and 10mm motorcycle valves as well, but I'm not sure if they will fit. If anyone has found the correct valve please let me know, i have to replace all the tyres soon....
