There are several fact sheets that would make good 'stickies' but then there would be too many 'stickies'. So it's better to keep it as a factsheet.

Why not make it an "Announcement" at the top of the Techie" section
similar to "Bongo wiring diagrams" and make each fact sheet a "Locked"
topic reply. Everything would be in the same place and easily read or down
loaded as a PDF.

I think a fact sheet would be ideal. It could be an addendum to the exisiting fact sheet on "Coolant System." It is all well and good searching the forum posts, but after a good couple of hours I was still not 100% clear on what the options were. That's why a fact sheet from an expert in the field would be great. Thanks for the offer Haydn

Have just ordered the ESTC - Combo from Hadyn. It is a low coolant and temp alarm combo but without the digital screen of the TM-2.

As it seems that this is a new(ish) item, I'll do a review of it for the forum once I've fitted it, unless someone has already done it.

As the coolant subject comes up all the time, would one of the Mods be able to place a Sticky thread to include links to Hadyn's summary of options factsheet and links to my review (and anyone elses)?

Regarding the protective conduit......Everything that goes into the kit has to be paid for......this of course pushes the cost up.
Personally I haven;t used any conduit on my installations...I just route the cable well out of the way and cable tie it up.......split conduit is available if required and so is "spiral" wrap.
Locking the dial would be very complicated to mass produce and so far (not being able to do this) has not proved to be a problem.
I would NOT advise cutting the temp sensor cable...just coil up and hide any excess..
