4 of the rocker arms on my 2.5 diesel bongo are begining to wear, where can I get some new ones from ?

Before you fit new ones - find out why the old ones wore and why only 4 of them..............

What do you mean by beginning to wear?

the van was purchased with the engine running very poorly.

had a look and its a bit more serious, the ball joints that the rockers sit in are badly worn. It looks as if the y are the wrong size thread. That however does not change the fact that unless I helicoil the head it will be scrap.

so a dilema, throw a "recon" engine in or sort this one out ?
