I've got 2 very corroded rear wheel arches...can you buy and fit any suitable replacements ?

Depends what sort of repair you want. Obviously you can patch up and see how you go, or you can get a professional repair, Ian Taylor, Stoke on Trent, Wheelquick, Wigan and ADS, Bristol, can all do the job, and I'm sure others can too.

Panels are available, try a search for 'Wheel and Arches' or similar, there's loads on here.

And welcome aboard Darrell. :)
Take a torch, toilet roll, and tea bags.

For something closer to home try George junior at GBL Motors, Duff Street Edinburgh. If you want a realy good job it is possible to obtain replacement arches from a Ford I think and cut out the rotten arches on your Bongo. Welding and respaying job.
