Bongo spare wheel winder

hope there is some tec minded members on here that can help out ,did'nt get a winding pole with my bongo so son,s gonna fab one up for me , not something I can do myself now as recovering from a stroke.
what I would like to know is
1. mesurement from end of main bar to the cross piece?
2. how far cross piece protudes outwards?
finaly how thick is cross piece & how thick is the main bar

Do you mean that you haven't got the winding pole for the jack.?..it's located in the storage box in the sliding door footwell in two clips at the top...... :wink: it does both the jack and spare wheel winder... :wink:

Somewhere I'm sure there're drawings to make em up from, but b*ggered if I can find em. Anyone?

1 = 5mm.
2 = 10mm long each arm from the outer of the shaft.
each arm is 6mm thick.
main bar is 15mm thick, and total length tip to tip is 750 mm.

Dimensions:- Diameter of pole= 15mm
Overall length= 750mm
Cross piece diameter= 5m
Length = 40mm
Cross piece located at 7.5mm centre from end of winding pole
other end of winding pole has two flats to take the handle for the jack

Dunno if this helps. you can weld a socket on the end if you don't have the ratchet.
