I still cant beleive its never had a re-spray ( all original paint ) looking forward to some happy motoring !

Your judder and my judder/thunk are probably different but I may as well mention here that I recently had a new tailgate and as the seals are new I have to really slam it to get it to shut fully.
Until I got the hang of this, I had horrible noise which sounded like some horribly terminal engine thing. Unlikely to be your problem, but other members might also read this.

Could even be the opposite because it's got a "F**d" badge on it!

Some Mazda owners may be a bit jealous of the coveted blue oval... But they can do the same as me and disguise the Mazda connection by removing the mazda decals/badges and replacing with Ford badges

Hi
I also notice this sometimes, though it seems to be worse when I have used some (no more than 12 liters) of veg oil in the diesel, less judder on pure diesel. As a small experiment I put in £20 of higher octane BP diesel last week (£1.51 a litre). Van started very smooth and less judder on shut down also was quieter and smoother whilst driving. I know it's really expensive but interesting to see the difference

I use that Shell V-Power stuff mostly. Costs 5% more but burns cleaner & gives 10%(ish) better MPG.
Worth a shot from time to time . . . .

Its just when we viewed the van we had the choice of 2 ( 1 bongo, 1 Freda ) the Freda was the better of the two but we really wanted the Bongo name ! but ive not seen any other Freda on the road since we bought it 4 weeks back ?

I'm with you there Nic... My other motor is a 2.0TDCI Focus...To say it isn't exactly slow sounds about right. Talk about TORQUE!
