Other two (poss green) in same cable are live/neg feed to BOTH motors? - obv. reversible.
Only other thing I've heard about is being aware if one motor goes on it's own, and consequently twisting the roof (though I thought the two motors pushed the same transmission - i.e. helping each other, rather than having a side each?)
