I'd nearly given up hope.


After a long search JAL put me in touch with Mick from autojapspares who managed to find and supply the part from the chasis number .

Thanks for the reply . from the diagrams it appears that there are 2 versions of the exhaust manifold gasket . I have the type that doesnt seem to be available. they both have the same part number but the one I have is flush fitting. any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi , that part number comes back as follows : MAZDA FEMJ13135, GASKET SURGE TANK , I am looking for exhaust manifold gasket for 2ltr bongo.

I need to change the exhaust manifold gasket and got a spare but it will not fit with the heat exchanger . Do you know of another supplier. please see the following photos

Jem, Thanks for the information Was originaly quoted £90 getting the part myself meant it got done for under £40 all in , Engine light now off and hopefully will get another 1mpg ......

I have the engine check light illuminated on the dash and my local mechanic has advised it is the 02 lambda sensor that is faulty , Cany anyone advise of the correct part number or a compatible part.

I need some advice regarding parts for full service for a 2004 2lt petrol bongo . Can anyone advise of the type and make of the following parts.

Thanks for the reply , its the orange engine symbol with the word check under neath , I checked another websites which said the indicator could come on at regular service intervals or when the cam belt needs replacing , as its just had a service I thought it ight just need a re set .

Can anyone tell me how to reset the engine check light on a 2004 2lt petrol Bongo , light has come on after full sevice and break pads changed , cam belt already changed at 80,000km . Thanks Droogle
